The Zeepro Reel is a good choice for open water divers who seek a very low-profile reel for use with SMB/marking/lift bags, and loaded with 45 meters (150 feet) of standard cave line. The finger is simply used as an axel when deploying a floating devise (or any metal/wooden stick, writing slate pencil etc. in cold water while wearing thicker gloves).
